Did you get 15" or 19"?
I got the 19.  I used something similar when I repacked the Sils on the Monster.  It holds up way better than straight glass
2000 Monster 900Sie, a few changes
1992 900 SS, currently a pile of parts.  Now running
                    flogged successfully  NHMS  12 customized.  Twice.   T3 too.   Now retired.

I used spray booth filters on the 996....

It's pretty loud...the c/f sleeves don't get very hot...
