Thatsa niiice!  ;D

I made ravioli in a four cheese sauce...  (good thing I'm not-too-serious about getting fit)  ;)

Boiled the ravs, then sauteed them in a little olive oil and garlic in my cast iron frying pan.

Took out the ravs, add a little butter, then mozzarella, Parmesan, asiago, and goat cheese.

It was delish!  :D

Not yet...

I have a draft copy, but this town has some silly procedures that delay things.

I'm not gonna get wound up yet.

I won't live through the project if I get started before I even get started...if you know what I mean. :P
