Storm damage?

Luckily no, we are doing a refinance to get rid of the PMI on the mortgage, and picking up a little extra to replace windows & dead A/C unit.  We have the original windows from 1965.  Single pane w/ storm windows that don't work right and don't seal at all.

2 things on that ML

1) how much shit do you need on your bike? Really...GPS, radar detector, sattelite radio, looks like a key fob, there is a controller that I cant' identify, a glasses case, and something else right in front of the handlebars. Personally, part of teh reason i love riding is becuase there is less crap. I have ridden with a radar detector and the ezpass. the detector was just for a long trip. the ezpass is great so i won't really talk about that...lol
The rest of it is just nuts.

2) i have seen the gimble mounts before. I dont' really have anywhere to mount it on the sprint. besides, i won't need it until i get to work.

Knight - I have a tank bag, and what I do is get a GOOD insulated coffee mug with a lid that seals properly.  I then take a short bungee cord and strap the coffee mug to the front of the tank bag.  Works great for me.  If there are ANY holes (like a vent hole) in the mug lid, the air rushing over the top of the mug will suck coffee out and onto you.  Wanna guess how I figured that one out?

Yea, if I could make it venturi up to my mouth instead of onto my chest, I might be on to something  [laugh]

Is that a new realization, or just a random statement somehow linked to Knight's coffee dilemma?
