ADULT TRUTHS

10. Bad decisions make good stories.

Evening folks.
I missed some funny banter this morning :)

More things that I like that Colorado has:
1. Caves
2. Canyons
3. Cliff dwellings
4. Crazy rock formations
5. STELLA!!!!!

That's right, Stella is awesome and took time out of her busy day to hang out with me (& Mr. AJ, who wanted to make sure Stella didn't knife me or some such nonsense - I mean Stella is badass and all, but I could totally take her, I'm twice her size  ;D

Thanks again Stella for heading down my way!! Folks are excited about the trail you recommended, so we'll probably do that tomorrow.

Randimus, you're a lucky man.  Hopefully I'll meet you next time I'm in CO.

Hope to meet you too Bick, even though you think I'm a dude ;)  Did you meet the puppy? How'd it go??

Note: Oxygen is still not on the list.  I really like it, and I really wish Colorado had more of it...

It was great meeting "The Dude" at long last.   She brought us some epic beer.

AJ

Oops, nevermind Bick, I answered my own question.
Sucks that Helga didn't work out  [thumbsdown]
Hope you find another fun shepherd / lab puppy soon :)

SO great to meet you and Brian this evening!  I did get to catch some fireworks on the ride home too.

[thumbsup]

Visiting friend made it back safely from Bonneville - 14 hours (included several stops).

My mtn. bike ride this afternoon/evening:

1.  Scary
2.  Epic
3.  Nail breaking
4.  Epic
5.  Challenging
6.  Epic
7.  Exhilarating
8.  And one last "epic" for AJ (because I think I used that term a dozen times in our convo.)

A few pics on FB and will post some on the bike thread later.

Have you ever even been to Colorado?

And just because your wife has doesn't count.  Besides it wasn't winter when she was here.

Yup. I've seen quite a few places ya know, what with work travel and all.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I only see jesus having a sauna with a teletubbie.

I find it disturbing that you're imagining me in a sauna, never mind the teletubbie aspect of it

Oh gosh, let me drop everything and respond right away  [roll]

I've been to Colorado several times, including in the wintertime.

What are we talking about, anyway? ;D

Why not having an ocean makes it an inferior state.
