It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

You just triggered "crashing off LSD at 1 a.m." flashbacks

You just triggered orange juice coming out of my nose.

just made my selection for my 10 yr recognition award at work.

it was either the electric smoker, a waterproof camera, or a crappy speaker set.

the mountable camera won

It's too late to fill it back in without having concrete poking out of the ground. Grin

It will be a couple of days.

Poured this afternoon...when they clear out tomorrow I'll call for a load of sand fill for the outside and we can use the bony gravel for the inside.

I'll stub some water and electrical through the wall and foam the outside of the wall even though it's a slab...that will keep cold from transmitting up to the slab edge.

Then we'll put the sandy fill in and do the inside which will need to be compacted every 6".

Thenr can do his thing with out any digging. Then the final slab grade will be done along with under slab piers for posts and perimeter piers for porches and roof carriers along with a ton of compacting.

To add to the comedy...my paint business is on a surge.

I'm thinking I'm gonna be tired. Grin
