Today I had a birthday.  No big deal, prior to this one I've had 51 others already so y'know.... I'm no novice  ;).

But today was great fun  ;D.

Breakfast in bed - after a respectable sleep-in.

Some gifts the star of which was a much coveted cricket bat...

... so a wicket was mowed and a day of back yard cricket was had  :).

Stopped for lunch (as you do)...  played a couple of games of snooker (got my arse whooped - twice - by my 13 year old  [laugh])....  resumed the cricket match....  and rounded the day off with a fine BBQ dinner.

Tired, over-eaten and rather pleasantly content right now  [beer].

I'm off to the rental place to get a compactor for the inside of the foundation wall...

the electrical supply house for conduit to stub up through the slab...

and the plumbing supply for the same...except water. ;D

Morning.  Haul trash, Gym, Grocery store, Brew supply store, Wine market (for some local brews) New BMW moto dealer*, Duc Dealer*, Japanese bike dealer*.  Today is full & fun.

*Nothing is allowed to follow me home since I bought the 280Z
