aussie hardwood is alright to nail green too, but a prick once it dries.

its a bugger for shrinkage though.

It's insulation...

on the outside. ;D

In tight homes the biggest problem is condensation inside the walls which leads to mold and rot.

If you put the majority of the insulation outside the sheathing it moves the dew point outside also and all the condensation harmlessly drains away.

It also adds the benefit of eliminating thermal bridging which makes the sheathing and studs warmer which makes the outsulation perform at a higher rating.

Well...

I showed him where I wanted the stuff...as far that way as possible I said.

When he set up I asked if he could get any farther to the back of the house.

He said" I didn't see that part of the house".

People...it's pretty make the beast with two backsing obvious where the house is...just sayin' ;)
