What's shakin' with the shakers in DMFland today?

A quick perusal of posts, I deduce the following:

Placing blame for a wandering feeling
No literal energy
Delegating cooking duties
The mandatory weather chat

what else am I missing?    ;)

I got a LOT of sleep last night.   [thumbsup]

It was great meeting "The Dude" at long last.   She brought us some epic beer.

Well, actually...  The voltage regulator on the bike had started to get a bit iffy, so I slapped a new (to me) one on it on Friday.  Seemed to be working fine, as the check engine light went away immediately and it was "putting out" a steady 13.9v across the rpm range.  So I took the bike out yesterday, and all was well until the bike just shuts off while coming up to a stop sign.  Try to start it and all you hear is the starter go "click".  Finally got the bike home, slapped it on the 'tender and the bike starts right up after a couple of hours.  I'm thinking that the alternator might have gone poopy and the bike just shut down as the battery became so depleted that it would no longer fire the motor.  We'll see as I dig more into it later.

Mine did basically the exact same thing 4 days before my R/R smoke checked itself.

You've been warned.

It's all Bucket's fault!!

I blame Bick. He sent his electrical gremlin north.  :P

I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

Good thing I swam a few laps this morning.

Now going to attempt making butternut squash soup.  Will let you know how that turns out (I'm not the kitchen type - will be interesting).

Only two things would have me riding in your weather...

a stunning 20 something that (mistakenly) thinks I am manly & virile...

or to get away from my ex-wife
