He wont even have to turn the heat on in winter. Z running around will provide enough BTU to keep the house at a comfortable temperature

My goal in building this is to make it so energy costs are minimized as much as possible.

I've lived in this leaky old house for close to 24 years and have fought staying warm in the winter. No matter how much wood or oil I use it's never really warm. When I heated with wood we'd burn 10 cords, and I can't remember how many hundreds of gallons of oil barely kept us from freezing.

That will change. I'm not getting any more 'ambitious' so I want an easier way.

Time to get at it...

If the neighbor up the street knew that it was us that called code enforcement about the ancient non working Studebaker parked on the side of the street. The one with four flats and the hole through the windshield with lots of rust. The one that got yellow tagged and then towed. He wouldn't think I was such a good neighbor. Because that was his project he was gonna get around to one of these decades.

On the other hand some of the other neighbors might, but I'm not saying a thing to any of them.

Up and getting ready for my interview. It is at a bakery so I hope it smells good! One of my fav childhood school memories is was in first grade taking a tour of a bakery in Buffalo and getting a warm slice of bread fresh off the line. They made brownies there too and we each got one with our lunch.

No I agree. Never the less I think I won't say anything. It will probably just lead to tension.
He could have just moved his eyesore into his yard, like the old non working BMW I have in my yard inside the fence enclosure, but that's his problem it got towed.
