These new fangled phones take pictures of these "QR" codes and it takes them to a web site. Unfortunately none of my phones have a built in camera.

I used to have a Palm Treo with out a subscription to web service of course. My thinking was why would I surf the web on this little screen when I can go home and have a full keyboard, a big screen, and lots of speed.

Anyway I just have these prepaid cellphones which I rarely use anyway.

In any case I think you have to have an App to read those.

Great! Thank you very much. That's where I should have tried to point the first one from the get go. Not to the main Page which didnt work anyway.
