Actually, a couple of my students I recognized from the "Found Object Art" elective class from a couple of week before - We did an intro to MIG welding for two dozen high schoolers in my shared "shop" across the street.

A couple of days later, they made the trek down to the artist's studio where I've been sitting in every Friday, and fired up the forge.  [thumbsup]
By hammer and hand all arts do stand.

A couple of others I know from belaying them last week on a local climbing wall during a school trip. Hope they don't make me wish I'd dropped 'em on their heads when I had the chance.

The dropping is the easy part. It's the cleanup that's a pain in the butt.

I overslept this morning.

I must have hit "off" instead of "snooze".  Ooops!

I woke up at the exact time I was supposed to be meeting my peeps in the lobby.

Thankfully, we're in casual dress mode this week, so a very quick shower was adequate.

Other than that, hope you all are having a day!
