Why do people make commitments and don't follow? [thumbsdown]

Why do you ask, beg me, better said to please do a job on a Sunday, we set up a time for appointment, don't show up, don't call and when I call, you tell me that due to late night partying, you overslept,  [bang] [bang] [bang]

I can't go to the air show and sit at home, pissed off[for a while] trying to think what to do since wife took car ... remember, bike has no battery ...

Charge them for your time, Carlos.  Plenty of places charge a cancellation fee. 

I used to charge my students by the class.  I always had a waiting list. If someone didn't call and I couldn't fill their spot, I charged them because I was holding their spot for them.  I wasn't about to lose money because they couldn't get their shit together...

Oh. I will, already told him he owes me at least 2 hours@$45/hr ... was gonna do a package deal of full detailing for $145[inside/outside] but, now he has to pay $70 for not showing ... And, it was a Sunday and had made an excemption to take care of his car today !

mad props to the ice riders. i don't think my skill level would compare to them on ice, but i'd give it one hell of a try. looks like one hell of a riot to me.

Yes, it is.

Scary afternoon...B slipped on the ice in the driveway and fell on Otto.  I was at work, he called and told me to come home.  Trip to the ER vet followed.  Thankfully nothing broken.  B's okay too.

If this is anything like having kids, I would be a basket case.  Mucho props to all out there with little ones.   [bow_down]

Had a similar experience shortly after bringing Brian home.  No bueno! 

Glad to hear Otto (and B) are ok!!!   whew!

Love me some Murphy's Oil Soap smell.....  And the smell of magic markers and glue paste and puppy breath and fresh mowed grass...

Or start charging extra 50%/hr .. really? ? ? ... I can take any day off, but wife can't so, starting today, no more outsiders vehicles to work on ...only ours ! ! !
