I totally feel your pain.
Hence why my head hurts and I'm going to head home now.

Now imagine if one of the inept people you had to regularly deal with had an accent that is somewhere between Borat and Jackie Mason, never shut up for a second of the day and honestly thought he was fantastic at what he does. To top it off, was a very nice friendly guy so you feel like a dick when you yell at him.

Got one of those. She is the team lead for the second tier group. She is a very nice young woman. But has a very thick Indian accent and seems to have some kind of problem with "follow the instructions in that link I sent you".
She always looks at me or talks to me on the phone like I have just asked her to complete quantum mathematics equations.

You'll probably never work for anybody better than me unless you go into business yourself.

I'm not one to toot my own horn but I'm a make the beast with two backsing awesome employer.

I'd work for you if I was in that area.

I don't think your biz pays the same rates as what Ryan could make if he could find a place that all heads weren't wedged.

I dunno...I am beginning to think the idea of working with people I like doing something I enjoy is far more important than getting paid well.
Besides, when you career and hobby are the same thing, switching careers doesn't mean you have to give up doing the thing you love. :D

I'd agree as long as expenses don't get the best of you, or you can no longer afford your hobby.

It's unfortunate that money has to matter so much.
At least there are some other good points to my job beyond just the financial aspect that also make it worth the bad parts.
