Good Morning all! A little headache here but not bad. Like Stella, I too was a little worried about this morning.

Water is staying down so I will now try coffee.

and a happy thursday.  the weekend is already jam packed with busy stuff. 
i may just look forward to monday for a change.

did an "open water" swim last night w/the team.  big pool, no ropes to designate lanes. full body contact. 
i won't lie.  it was fun.
