I don't think it bothered him at all.

Even when the guy was cleaning up the edges of the repair with the cast saw he wore the hearing protection and was fine.

He's a rig alright. ;D

I really like that kid

2 kids behind me in line were asking why all i bought was vegetables  :P [laugh]
and meat  ;D

i noticed when you are eating clean, you only shop the perimeter of the store

They don't give you a choice in the ER...

i like it a lot, and we have been sticking to it on weekdays  ;D
i clean and chop a weeks worth of veggies on sundays... mike does the grillin'
we're getting really fast at it

lunches for the week are salads with grilled chicken
dinner is veggies and lean protein of some kind
