2000 Monster 900Sie, a few changes
1992 900 SS, currently a pile of parts.  Now running
                    flogged successfully  NHMS  12 customized.  Twice.   T3 too.   Now retired.

the same, at same speed . . . only when braking, took rotors off, cleaned them with 800grit sandpaper did same with pads . . .then got old pads and glued sandpaper to it to 're-do' rotors . . .

Something's loose somewhere or warped (rotors)

Have you run an indicator on the rotor faces?

put them on the flat iron on a friend's shop to actually sand them there . . . they were as flat as it gets
