I feel sorry for her.

Not sorry enough to help her, but sorry nonetheless.

There's a cat sanctuary at the end of the street by my shop.  I'd much rather give them money.  They, at least, deserve it.

well what can I say ...

I hate insurance companies, adjustors and the system in general . . they take $55/month from the missus for full coverage on the value of the car ... had an accident ... so much bureocracy, I took care of the issue with one 15minute call to someone with an energic tone of voice, never disrespectfull or anything, today they call the missus, tell her is OK to go to shop and pick up rental . . . but, but, rear bumper stays, inner support and hatch molding are not to be replaced  .. .  me says hold it . . .me calls adjustor, adjustor looks for file, adjustor apologizes, calls shop tells them to go pick up missing parts, calls dealer tells them to please dispatch these other parts, shop shall call when all parts in shop so that car can go in . . . why does one has to call upset telling them that I will invoice my hours spent taking the car to the shop and to them again for 're-inspection' at a $25/hr rate . . . suddenly, it was a mistake ...

BTW, is raining ... hard, I know there is a house across the street, I don't see it ! ! !

I don't feel bad . . . is just that . . . they take your money to 'protect and take care of you' and when you need them . . . even generic is too expensive . . .

but, I'm starting to not give a f8ck . . .

I can't fight other's fights . . . I get paid by the hour and if not logged in . . . no cash coming in . . . I'm as mad with the car owner as with the adjustor . . .
