I can feel the love!  That's why we all keep showing up.

[drink] time here. I will be home alone with the dogs tonight. L is spending the night with her folks. Her dad was in the ER a couple of nights ago. Nothing major, but he needs a small operation. I will go out later tomorrow, have dinner and then we will all come back home together.

He has to have what is commonly known as a roto-rooter of the prostate.

"transurethral resection of the prostate, commonly known as a TURP or, in lay slang, a “roto-rooter job.”

He thought is was a kidney stone, but it turns out that his prostate is so swollen that his bladder could not empty and he had A LOT of urine in there. It caused sever pain and nausea. He was sent home with a catheter.

Most men die with prostate cancer...

OK, just got back to the DMF from the dark side . . .

LMT, it might be a 'small' procedure, but, as dp says, has he been tested, I'm 44 and I have been tested since I'm 25 due to health regs in Germany at the time I finished my Technical School . . . All I can say, blood work is one part . . . poking the other ... [puke]
