from what I hear, these eat chains and sprockets as well.
I know mine is getting pretty ugly and I should replace them soon.
I'll probably gear the bike a bit lower while I'm at it, I don't really have much need for it to be able to do 117 mph

Ghad today was such a grind at the office..  But now I'm off to buy some tools!
