I do live on the good side of pa.
Meadville, where I live, is about 40 miles south of where the shop is.
The weather here in the winter does commonly go below 20 degrees. Generally the air is relatively dry as well during the winter months.

I was thinking more of the distance than the terrain being the issue. You forget how damn wide PA is until you drive/ride across it.
