Spread mulch most of the day yesterday.  My shoulders are sore.

my legs are talking to me this morning from running last night after taking a full week off ( due to life and schedule of events, not by choice necessarily)...thankfully I dialed back in terms of which pace group to go out with...did 5 miles at a comfortable rate....looking forward getting back into a schedule/rhythem again...

I have been trying to run most days with my little dog Lucy. She needs to burn off some energy and I need to burn off  and      We are not up to 5 miles, just 2.

We just got up and I already need a nap. Our bed is right by the window and the window faces the alley. All noise rises and is amplified. First someone was out on their deck at 0230 talking with friends. Loudly. Then starting around 0345 or so, some crazy guy was wandering around yelling. Our concierge got him to move on, but he came back. Getting up at 0530 5 days a week sucks. Not getting to sleep till then sucks even more.

Its on the route, but it'll be a little while.

i'm not against fitness at all, just not a fan of running
