On hold with Verizon.

Waste Management is next.

Both of them are still billing me for service at a previous address (that I canceled)

had a good view to work from this am at least

had the dealership do my timing belt, at this point I'd rather pay them then fight with it myself

Its my opinion that any time I need a second set of hands and/or more than one specialized tool, it's just worth it to have someone else do it.

'Course, my VW was in the shop for nearly 2 days for its timing belt - how long were you "stuck" with that view at the Porsche dealer?
