Still cutting chips. The coolant in the machine isn't cool any more. Its definitely above my body temperature. 

I'm using about 15 HP of a 20(25 peak)HP spindle motor

ok, now I am going to make you work a little . . .
have a 3x3x2.5mts room, need to install an a/c .. ., they recommend a 9000btu unit but, only regular not inverter type . .  inverter type starts at 12000btu . . . what you recommend?

not my strong suit as my primary function is to take a written sequence and make stuff do it, remember I didn't go to school for any of this

9,000 sounds plenty sufficient (actually sounds like overkill in our part of the world) but you are in the jungle there and my tendency with things is to always go a bit over any recommendations.

Just looked and the old window unit that does my whole first floor in the house is 10,000 btus.
