Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

EverNing.  Still in home of Jack Daniels?

I think your coordinates might be off a little bit.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

EveNing.

Hi P.  Did I hear/read correct; you have a monster back in the family.

How's Danger?

Oh, I hate/fight with my new clipless pedals on my bike.  Switched from SPDs to Shamano 105 road pedals.

I hated road pedals and went back to SPDs on my road bike.  Love them.

The Monster.  Well, yes.  MrI picked up a '98 M900 for me, all modded up, pre-dented, nice price even just to part it out (see below).  Needed a bit of work for me to ride it.   Put new tires on.  There was some bad electrical connection that made it misfire a lot, it was a little unnerving mid-corner.  Got that fixed.  Changed clip-ons back to stock bars.  Added aftermarket slave cylinder and adjustable levers.  I wanted him to change the aftermarket exhaust back to stock (or at a minimum put baffles in) and there was something (can't remember what exactly) next to the rearset that was bothering my right foot, the one with the natural turnout.  Suspension was set up for someone much heavier than me, etc., so there was definitely more to be done.

While I was waiting for work to be done I discovered again how much fun it was to ride my XCountry, so I kept taking that.  Then we had a friend from a local board whose bike died (first bike, GS500F) and MrI offered her a loaner.  He was just going to loan his old Yamaha Seca, but I thought she would be more comfy on the Duc and I was right.  You should have seen her face light up after her 2-minute test ride.  Anyway, she has fallen in love with the thing so I think she probably will end up buying it from us.  She likes it as is so less work that way.  I guess we will keep our eyes open for something else that is closer to stock. [roll] [laugh]

Danger is doing great.  8)

I think he was sparring with Daddy here:

And his first headlock! (this one cracks me up every time I see it  ;D)
