It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

A long weekend of riding tracks through State Forest and National Parks with a bunch of mates - even in the cold and rain and mud - beats the shite out of being back down the Salt Mine, unsurprisingly  ;D.

Much fun riding, much beer and much dead animal cremated in the notional guise of BBQ.  Perfect  8).

Don't fall off the wall.
Pretty soon there'll be 3' of snow on the ground to soften the impact.  There's always an upside  [laugh] [thumbsup].

drove back from vegas tonight. i had one of my cousins with me. we stopped for gas somewhere in the middle of the central valley, about 4 hours from home.....we're getting back on the freeway & smack in the middle of the onramp was a black mound, from a distance it resembled a saddle bag..i stop, my cousin runs out & grabs it. it turned out to be a fabric briefcase...we start going through it to see if we can find who it belongs to.. as it turns out it has all kinds of info on a church, bank statements, check books, accounting registers...and SEVERAL thousand dollars..CASH, well some checks too, but mostly cash, all in individual envelopes. church offerings...call me overly paranoid, but i wasnt comfortable with turning it into the police. wayyyy too many stories about cops taking things for themselves...so, my cousin & i played private detectives & found out who the pastor was & were able to return the money to him. as it turns out, the church was a couple blocks away, he thinks the treasurer might have put the briefcase on top of his car & drove off.. he was a very very happy guy to have the briefcase returned... & my karma bank can always use some extra points :)

Good thing you didn't find it on the way to vegas.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Reno is a lot closer. Just Sayin.

Tacos for breakfast! Yum Yum!
I was going to toast some Bagels, but Joy said "lets have those Tacos from last night". So I got all the Taco makins from out of the fridge and fired up the stove. She sliced some fresh peppers and I heated the meat and tortillas. With sour cream even... then we mopped up the pan with a tortilla or two and gave that to the Taco Dog.

Now its off to Home Depot for us.
