back at work..YEEEHHHAAAA...almost froze my knees riding in to work this morning in jeans combined with 45 degree temps...thankfully it'll be in the 70's going home!

spent yesterday morning volunteering at the 2nd water stop at mile 4 for the Army 10 Miler which gave me a different perspective from when I am running in a race. yesterday afternoon was a different story with starting halloween decoration for the house for scaring the tar outta the kiddies next week.

It's definitely a Monday.  So much so that I'm working from home today. Always more productive anyway.  

Mary: don't call or text the ex!!!  Shout out to one of us first!  Easier said than done though, right?!  I bet a number of us have been in your shoes.     :P    Fortunately, it *does* get better. Sadly though, I don't have a bottle of time to give you to help get you to that better point.  Hang in there!


In other news, no bad news has yet to happen in CO today.  And Oliver Bacon starts Agility 2 tonight.   [thumbsup]
