Yes, back in class. The house hunt is going. Waiting to hear from L on the condo situation. We may end up short selling. That would be a huge loss for me. All of my money is tied up here in the condo.

I went and looked at a few places on Sat. in Burien, a burb just outside of Seattle. Can't live there. Too depressing and no where to walk. Staying in Seattle, not too far north of downtown will cost me $800 for 500 square feet in a run down place. I will just keep looking. Lucy and I do not need much.

Cost living here is pretty cheap.

$800 could get you a 3br apt.  Sadly the job market isn't that great.

Can't condone the drug use, but I doubt the little people would agree to being swept down the ice if they were not stoned.

Because you don't have to crawl through all the posts and beams when you are constructing, and most importantly you dont have to crawl through the attic full of posts and beams later on.

On another note this is a problem that needs to be addressed.
