is not having leftovers

making all the fixins' too...
potato bread stuffing, brussels with bacon and shallots, roasted garlic haricot verts, mashed potatoes and rosemary gravy

well, it's official . . . whole wheat bread, ritz crackers, milk and coffee is all what's in my house to eat . ..  after f1, must go to supermarket . . .

I have a HUGE turkey (~20lbs) from my employer to do something with.   :P

We had a small roast chicken for our t-day meal.
