Did IZ do all right?
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

It's snowing here too, but we're only looking at about 4" supposedly...

with the added bonus of sleet, freezing rain, and rain later tonight and tomorrow.

Your projection has me beat by an inch for tonight...
So this three inches should add nicely to the 4 inches out there right now. Plus whatever we get the rest of the week.
