I turned it off. It's in settings. It was getting really annoying to type one thing and have the word be changed as soon as the space bar gets tapped.

thanks guys, now i'm hungry. i have no idea what i'm going to make, but it will probably involkve tuna as i have no other meat thawed.


also, i have been using run keeper to keep me motivated by seeing numbers climb as i run and hike and crap.

apparently i averaged 6:36/mi on a run last week. i only did 2 miles, but holy hanna. i didn't kjnow i could do that. it ight also explain why i hurt so damn much afterwards.
(yes, i do have a tendency to push myself too hard)

for comparison, i went on a 2.86mi hike today. my avg was 18:02/mi and i don't hurt at all.
Life, alas is very drear. Up with the glass and down with the beer!
