Got this email from Hamilton Beach after I wrote to them about their crappy products:
"Dear Carlos,

Thank you for contacting us.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration.

In an effort to assist you in this matter, we ask that you locate the series numbers off the bottom or back of your appliance.

The series number will be a letter followed by four numbers and may end in another letter(s) (Example: F3070CL).  This information will be randomly stamped into the plastic or metal.  In addition to the series numbers, please provide us with the following:

* Shipping address

Be sure to include your original email when responding.  Please do not discard your appliance.

Thank you for contacting Hamilton Beach and we look forward to assisting you further."

This is what I wrote:
"I purchased a model 58133 blender around December the 8th, 2012.

I am sorry, I usually don't express myself like this but, is a piece of @#$%. Must always have a hand on it so it wont jump out and spill everything and now, it started making a noise as if the gears were all ground up. Have not use it a month, maybe I have made 4 fruit smoothies and mixed some eggnog; yes, only 5 times it has been used,

I will NO longer purchase your products, $39.99 +7%sales tax is a sufficient amount to have a quality product that should last a considerable time. I will go to another brand for my next appliance."
