Units to the left and right of me, one above and 4 floors below. The gas bill is covered by HOA dues. That covers cooking and the fireplace.

That works. And free gas, or at least fixed rate gas helps.

I stepped over to the shop and watched a minute of the Yippe Kai Yay Post game show. There were a lot of cheering fans all wearing the same colors. I might watch the Super Bowl. I think that would make it the first game Ive watched all year.
