Trying. Some people aren't willing to wait. Can't do things fast enough for some regardless of a minimum required timeline.

I am getting divorced after 21 years of togetherness. It has been just over 3 months since she left.

At first, it felt like I was living in the eye of a shit storm. It is a little better each day.

Our decisions don't define us, they guide and shape us, but I believe that my core has stayed true (maybe to a fault).

Little different scenario for me. Split from the wife 18
Months ago. Can't get divorced while stationed overseas. Met a woman. Moved on. Now she is deciding that my "built in family" is something she can't deal with.
