We are only in a townhouse right now.  An elderly family member has a nice house with property that we have dibs on but it's not available at the moment.  Hopefully we can be in there in another year or 2.

Haven't seen any pics lately.  From the last ones I saw, it should be close to done by the time Z leaves for college, right?

Still a bit of day light here. I see that My item cleared customs in anchorage. Quite a bit of daylight left there or maybe about the same  as here since that is pretty north.
