I had every intention of finishing a few jobs before I got back on the house, but the sun is shining and it's time to make hay.

I've made good progress on them, so it should work out. Everything needs to get done.

drinking my coffee at work and contemplating last nights 5 mile hilly run with fartleks....9:00 min overall pace with some sub 8 min squirts in the fartleks....this Saturday's morning long run is going to be a killer one I think.

Have fun. Im going to sell or give away my skis, boots everything. Knees are bad, just cant ski anymore.

yes Dave, the guy on the bike was coming to fast, specially for that street, usually I ride on the right side for that exact same reason . . .
