I had fish tacos for lunch. I was reading the label on this Santa Barbara salsa mango and peach stuff while I ate.

They told this nice little story about how wonderful the Gardens were next to the missions along the "Camino Real" (That's the Kings Highway) and they produced these succulent fruits & vegetables in those gardens, and how the recipe was handed down through the generations etc, etc.

Then on the other side of the label I read the company address in White Plains NY.  [laugh]

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Evening.

We went over to a friends house this afternoon. I usually let the dog out of the car to run around outside. This time I noticed that she was really smelling around the hood area of our friends car, around the grill in the fender well etc. after a while I saw her pawing at the bumper and starting to chew his headlight so I got up and went outside to see what was up.

Norm came out and popped the hood. We figured there were rodents on the engine because he had just come from town a little while ago and the engine was warm.
When we opened the hood there was a great big Marmot sitting on the bell housing. It ran down the transmission and ran under the car to hide in his wood pile.

The dog had a great afternoon barking into the woodpile and trying to get it. :)
