how will be bacon cooked? . . . as I remember, bacon was cooked in the oven

I cooked it on the stove top today.

It's actually faster, but needs more tending.

I now cook my bacon in the oven based on past DIMBY  [bacon]

I like how it comes out flat.

I learned it when I was working in a restaurant.

Like they say it comes out flat and doesn't get blackened and can still be crispy.

I do it on parchment paper when we have it.

You let the grease solidify and then just toss the paper.

Makes clean-up easier.

I do not throw away the "bacon butter" when I make it in the oven, I pour it in a butter container and use it to add a special touch to foods !!!

Ning. Light here. Rain later today. Should clear up by the weekend.   

I have been cooking my bacon in the oven for years. I like the flatness and easy clean up too.

Think launch is in 2014 so....please hold  :P
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
