+3.   From what I've heard from others, shingles is incredibly painful. Sending fast and full recovery to you!!


In other news:  it was definitely a Monday today.  However I did get one of my best runs in this evening - coming from a non-runner.  I was proud of myself.  Kept saying:  reward yourself with endorphins and strength (only because the ipod died but it helped I think).
