Thanks all!  :)   Mary, I did have antivirals as well as antibiotics for a secondary bacterial infection, and did also have pain meds but stopped taking them a few days ago.  Dr. said that most people with as bad a case as mine would have been in the hospital on a morphine drip.  I am now 34.5 weeks pregnant and a bit worried that I will still have nerve pain for labor/birth and taking care of a newborn.  Not much I can do about it now except take care of myself and hope for the best.  The vent helped too.  ;)
