had lunch . . . roast beef sammich in a baguette . ..  plain old roast beef and bread with thinly spread butter and brown mustard . . . and just, just a dab of 'bbq' sauce .  . nutin' else . . .

wished I could take a nap !!!

My sleep problem is getting to me. At first it was just waking up to damn early. Now I am having trouble falling asleep and tossing and turning. Going to the doc tomorrow to get pills.

I even stopped drinking to see if that would make a difference. It did not.

Not sure if pills are the answer.... but then I'm one who declares himself insomniac if I'm not asleep within 5 minutes of head-on-pillow.... so I'm not really qualified to comment...

I'm not sure on the pills either, but I have to do something. I am tired all the time and have circles under my eyes. This is a new development, I was sleeping OK for the most part, but the past couple of months have been tough.
