Woke up at 3 am wanting some Raisin Bran. Woke up, went to the store and acquired said cereal.  ;D

3:00 am Raisin Bran is better than other 3:00 am stuff.

My nephew, Boby Crawford succumbed to MD yesterday at 5:30AM

His heart muscels stopped working. He was bed ridden the last several years. It's an ugly disease. My thoughts are on his resserection someday, for now he lies in Sheol.

Never rode a bike. Never ran, never lifted anything over 5 pounds...
Ugly disease....

She has another son with the same disease, so there should be a repeat in about 4 or 5 years.
