What do you mean? All questions were answered honestly, truthfully and to the best of my ability. Anything else would just not be ethical and I could not live with myself if I was being in any way deceitful to those people who are just trying to do the best they can to ensure they get the right person. 

I agree entirely mate.  Of course.  When they pretend to have meaningful selection processes, astute and experienced respondents honestly pretend to give them meaningful answers.  It's how it's designed to work.... isn't it?
