knee injury update: I can get around for a few steps using only one crutch.  Now i can both walk and carry something in one hand.  This is a big improvement.
The injury is to either the MCL, the medial meniscus or both.  If the MCL is damaged, it is at least not a complete tear as my knee doesn't flop around in disconcerting ways.  Web MD and similar resources put recovery time from this sort of injury at 5-7 weeks if no surgery is required.

Whew! 32 students, half are trainers who have history with one of my co-workers.  :P
Tough crowd. Tomorrow I get to teach all day. The morning session I have taught once. The afternoon topics - never! Should be fun.

77South I have stretched out my meniscus 2 times now. Surgery both times one the left knee. Good luck and stay off of it.

Off to review 3 slide shows!
