It isn't the ducts so much as the location.

If this was being done in a house with a basement, and before the plumbers took every square inch of the places I needed to go, it would be much simpler.

Crawling around in a ~4' high attic really....really sucks.

And, Because the official pom pom's have not been presented...  Happy 2nd Thursday to EveryBody!
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

little update:

So after a year of working on the RFP (that had 27 amendments), I ranked third with my technical proposal and was awarded a 6 million dollar contract.  Much celebrating and I was to hire three more attorneys.  This news was in early July. (15 firms put in bids)

Until Wednesday at the Board of Public Works meeting where the comptroller believed that the big nonprofit company that does this work (and still has over half the cases in the state) was treated unfairly so they should have all the cases (my firm was created in 1994 to do just this work... but no matter).

So the contract was defunded.  Now it will be a different RFP in 2015 instead, with terms that make only the nonprofit qualified.  Oh... forgot to mention... that nonprofit is 55% more expensive than the next most expensive office...  And only incumbents got awards so everyone has been doing this for 15 years or more.

Not-so-easy come/easy go.

I like ramen noodles luckily.

It's still buy a flounder a drink month

I'd get a good attorney... ;D

Sounds like the reason the non-profit is so expensive is the amount of 'grease' they use.

(begin rant) Just back from a call out, how many times do we have to tell these pricks that the instruments get verified every week, what you see on the screen is what is out there, I'm sure it'll be a different thought process with the new contractor who is going to charge them a motza for every call out. (rant over)..

Lovely day out in the bush anyway just me and the boids; those boids what are on the wing, for spring is nearly sprung.
