I'm gettin' too old for this HVAC shit.

Just so happens 90% of my new job will be HVAC controls, on a bit larger scale though.

I think I could handle the control stuff...if I knew how. :P

The ducting in the attic is kicking my ass. I was off by about a foot when I said it was 4' high...closer to three. And of course I drop stuff and have to go back down to get it. [bang]

It's really a 2 person job installing duct in a roofspace, 1 to supervise (ideally you) and an oompaloompa that is also a contortionist to do the grunt work.

Rough week here too. 32 students, 12 were seasoned instructors, and one was a royal pain in my ass. He was rude, challenged me, and tried to take over. I did a good job of shutting him. I even got a round of applause
from his co-workers at one point. His boss apologized for his behavior after the last class. This guy was about 60, near retirement and grumpy.

Then I kept getting emails and texts from my boss with work questions. I am a contractor when teaching still and should not be dong both jobs. I already feel like each job suffers due to the other. I might stop the contract teaching. No more! Then if they really want/need me to teach or do onsite audits, they will have to figure something out. We almost had a plan in place but it died.

At least my body feels good and not all beat up.

I am having one of those burst into tears kinda evening. Is it tomorrow yet? I could use a new day.

Tomorrow will happen.

Ideally we'll both see it. ;)

if i had seen your post this morning, i would have said this was our last weekend  [thumbsup]

but tonight we got a call from m's mother that the buyer is not ready to close on wed as planned.

Deep breath my friend.  Can you phone a friend and go down a beer?
