just finished my cawfee....moving on to hydration fluids....

in other news...I am now tense and uptight over the government shutdown, not because business is in the shitter because of it, but because the marathon I have been training for for 4+ months is in jeopardy of being cancelled because of those worthless f**kers....MarineCorpsMarathon made a post on their official Facebook page about the preperation to cancel and their deadline date for doing so based on Congress

B's nursing a broken rib.   :P  Happened Saturday night and rode home sunday with it.  Finally got an x-ray last night.

The drugs are making him loopy.

1st...I honestly haven't looked...but 2nd, at this point, I don't have the $$$ for the travel logistics involved to go to another city to do a different marathon...and it is kind of short notice at this point...MCM is supposed to be on Oct 27th.
