Ning.   [coffee] is ready!

41 here.

I have lots to do today.  First is my daily plank. I am doing a 30 day plank challenge and today we are up to 60 seconds.

What's a plank challenge?

Started at 30 seconds and after 30 days it is 5 minutes! 90 seconds tomorrow.

Stella is doing that challenge as well.

It's currently 31 here in Denver, headed all the way up to 44 today.

It was 70 yesterday when I was working on the fence.

Quite fickle the weather here.

Holy god. I lasted like 5 seconds. why would you do that to yourself?

In case you missed it, buried in the job news, I went out on a date on Saturday. First one in 23 years.

Prime motivation to firm it up.   [laugh]

Good enough reason. Good luck (with the dating and with the planking) [thumbsup]

You're too nice Carlos.  I think that's the "problem".   ;)

Thanks for saying I'm too nice. . . If it was MY house and I invite you and tell you to "bring your own" or just say bring whatever, that's what I did, why da hell it is decided(missus included) that it is me the one who has to purchase, prepare and cook the beef and pork since "I KNOW BETTER HOW TO BBQ/GRILL IT"  [bang] I am getting tired of being the "de facto" grill/bbq cook.

Don't usually show the condo on Monday's but someone came and saw it on Sunday and now wants to see it again. Good thing the laundry is done!  Hope they really like it. Toes crossed for an offer soon.
