IT idiot simply put a secondary account and I can't install the DDS2.0 software and all the other stuff until he comes by and "does it for me" . . . So I said to one of the owners "so, I do need to do this at least once a week so, this guy will come in once a week and charge for doing something I need to do, as per Ducati's guidelines?" . . .

And since I have done a few long hours, I said, "c'ya tomorrow", went for a long ride came home . . .
