It is.  I don't think I've ever seen this much ice on the ground.  The river is jammed in a bunch of places and all the normal drainage flows are full so any significant rain is likely to cause a big mess

The lakes around here are doing that fun thing where they have remained completely frozen over but now have a layer of water on top of the ice in places, which will of course refreeze as we head back to temperatures staying below freezing all day.
