The dog and I went for an hours walk. I have been fighting a head cold and we had only been going around the block or 2 for the past couple of days. Lucy was happy to get out. We walked to a small of leash dog park. It was OK. I like the one we drive to better.

Well no internet, had to re-set my phone's data settings
washed HS and short spin then lubed chain . . . Wonder why Ducati now jas so "slack" settings for most bikes, up to 45mm!?  
anyways, no more riding for today I just feel weird riding sitting upwards
